By accessing or using the Bronze Sparks website ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our Site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Availability of products is subject to stock and may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Bronze Sparks. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and approved financing partners. Full payment or an approved financing arrangement is required before delivery.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery within Indonesia. Delivery timelines are estimates only and Bronze Sparks shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days within Java.
• Outer islands: 10–20 business days depending on location.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at checkout.

5. Warranty

All Bronze Sparks scooters come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Coverage details vary by model and are included in your product documentation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bronze Sparks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronze Sparks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
